The restaurant is divided into two sections with the front part for buffet dining. It seems that the lunch buffet is very popular, as it was fully booked when I was there. At the far end, there is a room where you can order a la carte. Menu selections are quite limited, but the price is reasonable. The shrimp pilaf (¥1,700) and the sara udon (¥1,500) came in generous portions and were delicious.

We are vegetarian and this place has vegetarian (called "healthy") sara-udon and Champon Noodles. We got 1 of each, and a green salad. They also have a little vegetarian menu separate from their main menu, with sandwich, soup, green salad, and a spaghetti dish. Big portions, classy jazz music, staff speak English.

We had time before our cruise ship departure and after our tour, great service and food was so good! Easy to get to and located in the Crown Plaza hotel. They even asked about allergies too, which my two kids have seafood and nuts. Great spot!

Pave Restaurant, Crowne Plaza Nagasaki: Excellent buffet with great variety and taste! Enjoyed a delightful buffet lunch at Pave Restaurant in the Crowne Plaza Nagasaki. The selection was impressive — a perfect balance of Japanese and Western dishes, fresh salads, warm mains, and beautifully crafted desserts. Every dish was well-prepared and full of flavor. Fresh, seasonal ingredients Delicious tempura, sushi, and grilled items Don’t miss the dessert corner — especially the matcha cake! The ambiance is calm and upscale, with friendly staff and great service. Highly recommended for a satisfying and relaxing lunch experience in Nagasaki. Very nice view
